In 2015, our chef Alfred traveled to Osaka to master the art of ramen, learning recipes that have been passed down for generations.
By 2017, Kokoro Ramen came to life in Bedok, Singapore, offering locals a taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.
Our journey didn’t stop there—we expanded to New Jersey from 2020–2023 before returning to Singapore with even more passion and flavors to share.
